I am an Air Force Wife, Mom of 4 young girls, a non-practicing Molecular Biologist, and a non-fluent Korean Linguist.
So needless to say, I know how exciting it is to want to DO EVERYTHING and how quickly you can feel like you are ROCKING THE HELL out of some aspects of your life and DROWNING in overwhelm in all the others!
But, good news!!
I’ve unlocked the secrets to rocking the hell out of all of them, and I want to show you how to do it too.
I became a personal trainer to teach people how truly simple it is to lead a healthy lifestyle, get fit, and be strong enough to be AS STELLAR AS YOU WANT!
I quickly realized that doing the workouts and prepping the meals weren’t really what was holding everyone back. And it isn’t that they NEVER HAVE THE TIME!
In this land of ALL the information, it can be easy to get shiny object FOMO pingasms and, before you know it, you’ve lost sight of your big picture. And then you don’t know how to get back to what really makes you happy or how to make the time to do it.
That’s why I am here.
From one achiever to another, I have found the way (through many, many books, seminars, certifications, podcasts, training’s, movies, what have you) to the other side.
Don’t get me wrong. I still get sidetracked by ALL OF THE AWESOME TO-Dos out there, but like I said earlier…
