But I quickly realized that doing the workouts and prepping the meals weren’t really what was holding everyone back. And it isn’t that they NEVER HAVE THE TIME!

In this land of ALL the information, it can be easy to get shiny object FOMO pingasms and, before you know it, you’ve lost sight of your big picture. And then, you don’t know how to get back to what really makes you happy or how to make the time to do it.

Don’t get me wrong. I still get sidetracked by all of the awesome to-dos out there, but…
